Snow Battle Princess Sayuki | Nintendo Switch
Strictly Limited is now accepting reservations for the physical edition of the action game Snow Battle Princess Sayuki on Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4, the game has been available digitally on both platforms for at least 3 years.
Snow Battle Princess Sayuki known as Yukinko Daisenpuu in Japan, is considered a "spiritual successor" to the Kiki KaiKai series (Pocky & Rocky in the West) and was originally released for the Nintendo Wii in 2007, arriving the following year for the PS2. The game received different titles in the West, being called Heavenly Guardian in North America and Legend of Sayuki in Europe. With the title's recent re-release for PC via Steam, it is now officially known as Snow Battle Princess Sayuki outside of her home country.
For fans Strictly Limited has prepared two editions, the Standard (€29.99) and the Special Limited Edition (€49.99), the physical edition is planned for Q1 2023
About the game
Play as Sayuki, a snow goddess in love with a mortal boy who has fallen under a grave illness. Therefore, you go on a journey to find a remedy for his condition and gain the trust of the villagers, who are wary of the goddesses. But the forces of evil won’t have it.
With your trusty bunny Toto at your side, use different types of snow magic, upgrade them and blast your way through the hordes of yokai and other monsters standing in your way!
Battle Princess Sayuki rewards an aggressive playstyle!
Alternatively, partner up with a friend who takes the role of Sayuki’s sister Koyuki and see who has the highest score at the end. The winner will be crowned the most beautiful among the snow goddesses!
